Writing this entry before the day ends. Been plagued with a bad headache the entire day. Discovered that eucalyptus eases the pain/ discomfort. Looks like Vicks VapoRub will be my best friend in the next few days till this pain goes away.

This has probably been the longest without me doing an entry. Let's just say I wanted less mental load. Less things to update. I took a mental health day off from work yesterday. I couldn't get rid of my headache the entire week that it finally pushed me to take a sick day. Today, I reached max level in DragonSword and we grinded for most of the lvl. 90 titles. I just want to forget for a bit. Be a kid and not worry. It was worth it, I think. Tomorrow I'll start doing some adult things again.

Went to Costco intending to exchange a defective item then realized we probably don't really need it and so settled for a shop card instead. Personally think this was the better outcome. Then went to Mitre10 in hopes of finding a shower drain that fits - it didn't. We'll deal with it on another day. Grinded at DragonSword.

Late entry for Aug 5, 2026: Day off. I had a full body massage and I wish I can do this as often as every month. For now, I'm doing it every 3. Plus Neh had his haircut done today. Then we went to Kusingero for a late brunch, had Mami (my favorite dish on the menu) and to Costco for our monthly bulk buy.

Late entry for Aug 8, 2026: Regular working day I suppose. The team made an impromptu meeting for the upcoming dermatology conference that we're organizing. I honestly do not see the point of it being separated with the doctors. Dunno how it's going to last being like that but things would have been easier if it were merged together or considered as one event instead having our own. Late night finish again today which I am not proud about.

A different Monday from the usual. Most of the drs. are away for a "grand rounds" in the hospital and so we weren't so busy. It was a nice change. Would like more of these easy days really. My back's been acting up so that made me check my last massage appointment and realized I'm due this month, finally!

Today was Dr. S.'s full day of surgical list. We surprisingly finished on time and most of our surgeries actually finished on time too! So this was a plus, finally something good apart from the usual late finish. Also, I got a lovely message in my guestbook today from someone prominent in the indie community ♥

Woke-up at 2:34PM since we played till 5am in the morning today (_ _); haven't done this in a while. It ain't a good thing to do since I know we're not getting any younger. Secured Banoffee cinnamon square for Neh today.

Today was probably amongst the coldest this winter season. It was hella busy at work but since the difficult colleague was not on, things were still manageable & fun. Day 2 of playing DragonSword and boy are we invested! Good buy-

Late entry for July 24, 2026: Honestly didn't see much of the weather today. It was all work from sunrise till sunset. We truly ended with a bang this last working day of the week. We were 2 nurses down and so a lot of the work got piled-up at the end of the day which I and F had to stay overtime for to compensate. This evening, I had dinner and then sort of flaked out on the sofa and woke-up at 12am. Just finished showering and preparing for bed at the time of writing this entry,
