Late 1 week post:

Monday
Visited Ikea to check on some furniture for our living room.

Tuesday
Went back to Ikea to purchase a cupboard and ended up buying other smaller bits for the bathroom + long grocery run and the making of some Spanish bread from 9pm-3am for ate Elisha and fam.

Wednesday
Visiting ate Elisha. And our first stargazing, for the Orionid Meteor Shower at around 3-ish in the morning ♥

Thursday
Free day at home (my favorite activity) :DD

Friday
Long walk around Shakespear Regional Park and our first ever golden frame ♥

Saturday
Spring Armageddon 2026. 2nd blow massive blow to the wallet due to friggin artworks. It is both our weakness ><

Sunday
My birthday ♥ Brunch at Bivacco, other errands in between and I've finally gotten my hands on some Aesop iconic Resurrection Aromatique hand wash and lotion T^T

Home from our 1 week of vacation!

Got really battered by our bike ride yesterday. I don’t know if I’ll agree to that track if I knew of it in advance. But I guess it was good that I didn’t since I just had to suck it up. We’ve done and been to a few cools spots so far! Been enjoying our excursion so far ☺️ Te Puia Geyser Light Trail, semi-forest bike loop, Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa, Agrodrome Farm Experience and Kiwi Hatchery ✅

Tomorrow we set off for Rotorua. I've been very lazy and reluctant to go. All the more reason then for us to go and for me to get off this slump.

Regular whole surgical day with Dr. S. Period came today with not much negative symptoms for the first time in a long while so it's been a pleasant surprise. Glad it came now before our biking week.

✅Dental hygiene appointment done! Annual health check to follow after our holiday. Finally got to make a blog entry too! Weather was nice today but stayed at home to recover a bit more.

Still not back to 100% health-wise. Packed morning with Dr. B and free afternoon but kept ourselves busy nonetheless. Packages arrived! Coloring markers + coloring book from Drey and lab's 360 peripherals + shoe sole.

Early end with Dr. S but late or with Dr. T. Still went home later than usual anyway. Sigh. Been my 3rd time going home late this week.
